Study on the Molecular Mechanism of Qianzheng Powder in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis Based on Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking

【Abstract】Objective:To study themolecular biological mechanismof Qianzheng Powderinthe treatment of peripheral facialparalysis(PFP)basedon network pharmacologyand molecular docking.Methods:The active ingredientsand their action targetsof Qianzheng Powder were collected through the TCMSP,HERB databases and literature. The disease targets were obtained from the GeneCards and OMIM databases.The related proteins were obtained using the STRING platform data.The protein-protein interaction network was constructed withthe help of Cytoscape software.GO and KEGG enrichment analyses were conducted using the DAVID platform.The binding of active ingredients to target proteins was explored through molecular docking.Results:21 active ingredients and 5O2 target sites of Qianzheng Powder were screened out. A total of4,240 disease targets were screened out.The intersection yields 49 core targets.GO enrichment yielded 1135 entries,and KEGG enrichment yielded179 pathways.The molecular docking could stably bind to the selected targets.Conclusion:Qianzheng Powder inthe treatmentof PFPhas the characteristics of multiple targets and multiple pathways,and maybe associated with regulating signal pathways such as immune response,cellular stress,neural transmission and apoptosis.
