Abstract: Flavorisakeydeterminantoftobaccoqualityandcharacterzation.Inthis paper,teresearchstatus ofthe tobaccoflavor issystematicallyviewedtroughcomprehensiveliteratureresearchanddatavisualzationanalysis.Aditionallyombidwiththe interpretationftecootationofsentificresearchontobaccoflavor,futuredevelopmenttrendsaswellastehallengesfacedby the tobacco flavorstudyweresummarizedandlooked forward,aiming toprovideideasandreferences fortheimprovementof tobacco productflavorqualitybasedonflavor enginering technology,forthemodulationofbiological efectsoftobaccoflavor based onthetheoryofflavor brain science,and forthe developmentof special tobacco products and novel applications.
