Abstract： This studyanalyzed thequalitycharacteristics of wapper tobacco leaves and theirassociated soil chemical properties in thegrowingareasofanzou，Changiang，Baisha，Dongfangand WuzishaninHainan，whileconductingacoelationaalyis to evaluatetheirrelationships.Theresults indicatedthat：1）The weightedscore fortheappearancequalityofcigar Wrappertobacco leavesi Wuzhishan was the highest，while Danzhou，Changjiang，andBaisha scored significantlylower than Wuzhishan in leaf uniformity，integityandmaturityespectively.TeleaftknsadleafaspitareainWuzisanresignantlygr thanthosein ChangjiangandBaisha.Thestemcontentofleaves inBaisha wasthehighest，andthetensilestrengthof leaves in Changjiagwas teighst.Therewerediferencsintheontentsofineralelementssuchasclorie，sulfur，potassim，calim， and magnesium in tobacco leaves among diferent growing areas.Thesensory qualityof tobacco leavesvaried greatly among diferent growingareas，with Baisha and Wuzhishan achieving significantly higher total scores thantheothergrowing areas.2）In Hainan tobacco growing areas，thesoil wasweaklyacidic.There were significant diferences insoil chemical propertiesamong diferent growngreas.Wuzishanexibitstemostaundantsoilutrietsoverall，along wihtheghestorganic mateotntIn contrast，thecationexchangecapacityinDanzhousoilandtheorganicmatercontentsinChangjangsoilweretheowest，whilethe availablechlorinecontentiDongfangsoilwasthehighest.3）Tebodybranchveinconditio，andleafstructureoftobacoleaves were significantlyorextremelysignificantlynegativecorrelated with soil chemical properties.Thetotalappearancescore was significantlypositivelycorrelatedwithsoiltotal phosphoruscontentandextremelysignificantlypositivelycorrelatedwithsoil exchangeablecalcum.Tephyicalcharacterstisoftobaccoleavesweresignificantlycoelatedwithtecontetsofsoilavailable potasiumandeffectiveboron，whilesoilorganicmattercontentsignificantlyaffectsthesugarcontentoftobaccoleaves. Additionally，chlorinecontentof tobaccoleaves wassignificantlypositivelycorrelated withsoilavailablechlorineandavailable phosphorus.Furtemore，eafaturityeannssdsweeeseresiicatlyosielyoelated withsoiltotalporus content.hrefore，tprouceigqualityappertbacoiHainan，egio-specificanagentstrategiesadatioalglation of soil nutrients should be implemented to enhance leafquality.
