Abstract:Tohaveanin-depth understandingofthe pyrolysis processandthepyrolysis productreleaselawofchlorogenicacid in tobao,teefectsofeatingratesontepyolsisbhaviorthalaalysisineticsndpyrolysisproductsofclorogeicacid were investigatedbyTG-FR-GC/MS,coupling withthetheralaalysiskineticsmethodsofFlyn-Wal-Ozawa (FWO),Kisine Akahira-Sunose(KAS),and Coats-Redfern. Theactivation energy Ea and exponential factor A in three pyrolysisstages of chlorogenic acidat diferentheatingrates werecalcuatedbythe methodofFWOKASandCoats-Redfer.It wasinferedfromthecalculation resultsthat thepyrolysis mechanismsofchlorogenicacidin treepyrolysisstageswre three-dimensionaldiffusioncontrolMample singlelinerule,thethree-dimensionaldifusionsphericalsymmetricJanderequation,andthetree-dimensionaldifusionG-B equation,respectively.FTRspectroscopyshowedthatpyrolysisproductsofchlorogenicacidinanitrogenatmosphereainly included CO2 ,a small amount of CO,and typically absorbed -OH functional groups from H2O ,phenol,and carboxylic acids.GC/MS resultsdicatedthat theheatingratehasalitleefectonthechemicalcategoriesofpyrolysisproducts,buthasacertainpacton the content of pyrolysis products.The main categories of chlorogenic acid pyrolysis product of at 360∘C included phenols benzene derivatives,furans,etonesaldehdes,terocycles,tc.Tisesearchcanproideelevantpyolsisprametersforteercal simulationofcigarete products,whichcouldguidethedesignof“heatednotburn”tobaccoproductsandtraditionalcigarette products.
