Abstract:Therapiddevelopmentofthenewenergyvehicleindustrynotonlymeets theincreasinglyupgradedconsumptionneedsof consumers,butalsopromotesthetransformationandupgadingofteutomotiveidustrymakingimportantcontrbutionstoeed low-carbondevelopment.Inrecentyears,thenewenergyvehicleindustryinShaanxiProvincehasachievedsignificantdevelopment, butitstillfacessofaisticalgssuisutcoveeoffisalubss,lgingaingifrsucurestu tion,inefectiveaketingpromotion,nsufcentcosuerawarenssndiadequatefterlessvice.Basedntethedie sionsfpolicysupport,marketdrivenandconsumerbehaviorgdance,thispaperputsforwardspecificcountermeasuresandgges tionsonoptimzingfiscalsubsidypolicies,strengtheningifrastructureconstructio,trengtheningarketpromotionandaplicatioad improvingtheafteralesservicesysteminesponsetoexistingproblems,inodertopromotetesustaiableandalthyvelopntof the new energy vehicle industry and further promote the construction of a green and low-carbon economy.
