Abstract:Whileimprovingemploymenteciency,theiespeadapplicationofrificialintellgencetechnologyhasalsoienie totheriskofnewemploymentgenderdiscriminationunderalgorithmicdecisionmaking.Thistypeofdiscriminationshowsautomatic, hiddenandcotiuityharacteristicstoughtargeedpushiintellgentreruientndimpicitsarydifereesiplatfoaag ment,whichgavatesthgoveanedilemofthetaditioalborlgalsste.i’surrtlborlaassomeproblsuch asvaguedentificationsandards,unclearatributionofresponsibilityunreasoablealoationofurdenofproof,andlackofupeision.Basedonthis,afour-dimensionalregulatoryaproachshouldbetakentoaddresstheisue:establishingaunifiedstandardforidentifyingdisinationasedsubjectivendjectiecitera;ifngteultiplesposibiltsubjects;mprovigtesf reversaloftheburdenofproof;andiprovingthesupervisionsystemwithmulti-PartyparticipationItaimstobuildaframeworkforthe protectionoflabor rights thatisadaptedtothedigital age through theintegrationoflegaland technical tools.
