Abstract:Inordertopromote therapid,healthyandorderlydevelopmentoftheshortvideoindustryandachievethegoalofting thenedsofsocialuserstostronglyexpresstheirthoughtsandshowthemselves,takingTiktokshortvideoasanexample,onlyonthebasisofexplainingisommunicationcharacteristsandanalyingteproblemsexistiginitsevelopentprocss,cantecospoding improvementstrategiesbedefined.Thisistofocusonvideocontentreviewndguideusers toparticipateinsupervision;optiievideo recommendationalgoritmsandprovidegoodcontenttechnicalsupprt;formulatecopyrightprotectionmeasurestostrengthenvideoproperty rights protection;carry out public opinion publicity construction and improve netizens’media literacy.
