AbstractObjective：ToconductreliabiltandvaliditytestsontheChineseversionof theIntegralNursingLeadershipScale（NLS）， andtoprovideanasessmenttolforevaluatingtheintegratedleadershipofnursingleadersinChinaMethods：TranslatetheKorean versionofINLSandcoductcrossculturaldebuggingtofotheChineseversionofINLS.Atotalof343clinicalnurses wereselected bythecnvenieneextractionmethodforaforalsurveytoevaluatethereliabilityandvalidityofthesale.Results：TheChieseersion ofINLSconsistedof4dmensiosand3Oitems.TetotalCronbach'scoefientoftesalewasO985，ndthetestretestrelbilitywas 0.898.TeI-CVwas0.857-10OandtheS-CV/UAwas093.Exploratryfactoanalysisextractedatotalof4commonfactorsand the cumulative variance contribution rate was 89.413% .Conclusion：The Chinese version of INLS has good reliability and validity and can be used as an effective tool for evaluating the integrated leadership level of nursing leaders in China.
