AbstractObjective：Toevaluatetheeficacyandsafetyofnon-pharmacological interventionforpostoperativepain inparturients undergoingcesareansectionthrough Met-analysis.Methods：PubMed，WebofScience，EMbase，theCochraneLibrary，CNKI，WanFang Database，VIPandCBMwereretrievedbycomputer.ThesearchperiodwasfromtheestablishmentofthedatabasetoJune2023.The literaturewasindependentlysreeed，atawereextractdandteiskofasofteicludedliteratureasevaatedytwocrs. ReviewManager5.4andStata16.OsoftwarewereusedforMetaanalysis.Results：Atotalof6articleswereincluded.Theresultsofthe Meta-analysisshowedthatinterventionmeasuressuchasmusictherapyheataplicationwithfourpieceheatpackscombiedwithwrist andankleacupunctureursing，rogresiveuscleelaxationtrainngromathrapypranayamatherapyandndfootmageist andankleacupucturendupontpressgealluperiortonentialcareinllvatigstoprativeinTealai with four-piecehatpackscombinedwithwristandankleacupuncturenursingprogresivemusclerelaxationtrainingaromathrapy + pranayanatherapy，aswellaswristandankleacupunctureweresuperiortoconventionalcareinimprovingpatientsatisfaction. Conclusions：Thexistingevidenceindcatesthatonpharmacologicalinterventioncanefectivelyelieveposoperatiepainpatients undergoingcesareansetion.Hwever，duetothelmitedumberandqualityoficudedstudies，orehigqualitystudiesaeeededfor verification in the future.
