Summary the best evidence for airway humidification management in non-mechanical

AbstractObjective：Toupdateand summarizetherelevant evidenceonairwayhumidicationmanagement inpatientsundergoing tracheotomywithoutmechanicalventilationafterlaryngectomyinthepast5years.Methods：Basedonthe"6S"evidencepyramidmodel， theliteratureontrachealwetingmanagementafterlaryngectomyfromtoptobotominrelevant websitesanddatabasesathomeand abroad，suchastheBMJBest Practice，UpToDate，andthe Joanna Briggs Institute CentreforEvidence-Based Health Carein Australiaweresearchedliteratureonthemanagementairwaywetinginpatientswithincisionon-mechanicalventilation.Thetime frameforthesearch wasfromDecember 2O18toJune2O24.Literature screening，dataextractionandevidencesummarizationwere performedindependentlyby2researchers.Results：Atotal22articleswereincluded，including2guidelines，6expertconsesus articles，4evidencesummaries，evidence-basedpracticertile，3Metaanalyses，and6randomizedcontrolledtrials.Ultiatelya total25bestpiecesevidencewereformedfor8themesincludingmonitoringandevauation，fluidmanagement，humidification methods，humidificationdevices，humidificationdevicefixation，humidificationfluids，nspectionandevaluation，andumidiication operations.Conclusions：Onthebasis previousstudies，thisstudyproposesthattheselection humidification methodsshould comprehensivelyonsiderfactorssuchasthpatientsrespiratoryfunctioniseaseatus，activitylevel，aswellasteatureolo andvolumesputum.Conventionalusehumidificationdropltsisotnecessaryeforeanddringartificialaaysuctionndew perspectivessuchasprioritizingtheuseheatandmoistureexchangersandstandardzedelasticlinefixationforhumidificationtubesare recommededwthoutcontraindicationsoconomiclimitations.Itissuggestedtatinthefuture，clinicaltranslationshouldbad outbasedoncomprehensiveconsideration specificclinical situationsandpatient wishes，inordertostandardizetheairway humidification management process and improve airway humidification management measures.
