摘要  总结1例主动脉夹层术后切口发生脂肪液化的护理经验，运用伤口床原则评估切口情况，根据评价结果，基于“TIME”伤口床准备原则制定伤口管理方案，包括清除坏死组织、控制感染、使用负压引流装置进行引流以控制伤口湿度平衡、促进伤口边缘生长，并结合营养支持、疼痛管理、心理护理等措施，病人切口愈合佳，顺利出院。（剩余5448字）
