摘要  对认知行为疗法（cognitive behavioral therapy，CBT）在癌因性疲乏病人中的应用现状进行综述，主要介绍认知行为疗法的概念、干预机制、实施形式（病人控制的认知行为疗法、居家认知行为疗法、基于网络的认知行为疗法），总结了国内外认知行为疗法对癌因性疲乏病人的研究现状，以期为国内开展认知行为疗法在癌因性疲乏病人中的研究提供参考。（剩余12767字）
