——以索县俊桑图书馆实践为例

AbstractBased onthe“Herdsmen’s Reading Reflection Sharing”activity jointly organized bythe Tibet Autonomous Region LibraryandtheJunsangLibrary inSog County，Nagqu City，and incorporating the practical explorationof grassots reading promoter Denzeng Quzha and thesocial support case of Professor Cheng Huanwen from Sun Yat-sen University， this paper deeplyanalyzes innovative approachesand practical significance ofnationwidereading promotion inthe highaltitude pastoral areas of Tibet.The study finds thata grasrots reading promotion model centeredon“Policy Guidance （20 + Personal Motivation + Resource Coordination” effectively addresses the deep-seated challenges of nationwide reading initiatives in plateauregions.This providesareplicable“Tibetmodel”forcultural governance inborder ethnicregions.
