法律调整对象视域下部门法分类体系的重构与优化

——基于《中图法》法律文献分类的实证研究

AbstractThis researchaddresss the chaoticclassificationoflegal literature in ChineseLibrary Classification （CLC）. Byanalyzingthecurrent status ofclasificationand indexingof lawin the CLC，itisfound thatthere are problems such as chaotic classfication and indexing，inconsistent academic paradigms，and non-uniform normative standards.Drawing onauthoritative legal monographs，this articleuses scientificclassification methods to propose improvement measures from twoaspects： improving the theoretical jurisprudence clasificationsystemandthedepartmental law classification system.It suggests changing“D9 Law”to“D9 Legal Science”to standardize categorysettings，and optimizing the clasification of departmentallaws basedonthenational legal system.Afterimprovement，the accuracyrateof document classification，retrieval eficiency，logicality，and practicalityof theclasificationsystemhave been significantly improved.However，thestudydidnotfulyconsiderthestabilityof thecategory，and itisrecommendedto invitelegal experts to participate in the revision during the revision process.
