AbstractIn order to optimize the services of short video reading promotion inpublic libraries and explore the strategies of shortvideo reading promotion,this paper introduces theavailabilityof media,andcombines thefive laws oflibrarysciencewiththeproductionavailability,socialavailabilityandmobileavailability,thenconstructsshortvideo reading promotion model.Onthis basis,the paper puts forwardthe strategies of short video reading promotion in public libraries.The strategies are about depening the value ofcontent andimproving the senseofsubstitutionof users,mining user needs and enhancing user's sense ofparticipation,grasping mobile communication and improving user satisfaction.
