Abstract:Asastrategic management tool,thestrategymap is likea bridge between strategic goalsandactionplans. Through dimensionsegmentation,it ransforsorporate strategyintoaspecificactionblueprint,providingcientificguidance forenterprisedevelopment.Basedontheelaborationof thebasicprinciplesanddesignideasofthestrategic map,this paperconducts anempirical analysis withconstruction enterpriseSas an example.Theresearch resultsshow that afterSCompany introducedthe strategicmapforstrategic managementand clarified the strategic developmentdirectionof thecompany,itoptimized thealocationoferprseifoatiopital,npialdogaatioalpialmprovedealprocf enterprise,andwasthusabletobeterrealizethecustomervalueproposition,improveustomersatisfaction,promotebusiess growth,andenhancethevalueofenterpriseshareholders.Thekeytothesucesfulapplicationofthestrategymaplies inthe supportfromsenior management,theparticipationof allemployees,andtheconstructionof anorganizational structurehat matches it.
