On New Quality Productive Forces Enabling Integrated High-QualityDevelopment of Yangtze River Delta

Abstract:In the high-qualitydevelopmentof the YangtzeRiverDeltaintegration,new types oflaborers are the keysupport,new typesoflabormaterialsarethe material guarante,andnewtypesoflaborobjectsarethedrivingforce.Throughanalyzingtheeconomicdevelopment,technoogicaldevelopment,industrialtructure,talentdistribution,andurbandevelopmentpotentialof theYangtzeRiverDeltaregion from2O19 to2O23,thispaperfindsthatnewqualityproductiveforcescanempowerthe high-qualitydevelopmentoftheYangtzeRiverDeltaintegrationthroughscientificandtechnologicalinovation,fosteringnew growth drivers,promotinggreendevelopment,ndcomprehensivelydeepeningreforms.Inthefuture,efortscanbemadetofurther cultivateandoptimizenew typesoflaborers,labormaterialsandobjects oflabor.Through measuressuchas improving the institutionalmehanisms,strengtheningosegionalcollaborationinsientificandtehnologicaliovationpromotingthe constructionofworld-class industrialclusters,ntensifyingcollaborativeinovationinregionaltalentpolicies,ndmaking every eforttoreateaninternationalfist-classbusinessenvironment,theempoweringroleofnewqualityproductivityinthehighquality development of the Yangtze River Delta integration can be fully leveraged.
