Abstract：Optimizing thebusiness environment isa significant measure to promote high-quality economic development. Basedonan in-depth investigationofthebusinessenvironmentinKaramayCitythispaperanalyzesthemainproblems existing inthebusinessenvironmentfromfiveaspects，amelyfactorenvironment，govermentserviceenvironment，marketeviron ment，legal environment，andinovationenvironment.TheinvestigationrevealsthatKaramayCity'sbusinessenvironenthas problemssuchaslargediferencesinfactorcosts，teneedtoimproveteefiiencyofovernmentservices，diiultisforenter prisesinfinaningsuicentlyfiraketompetitionndsorageofiovativetalnts.Intefuture，teusesio ment inKaramay Cityshould becontinuouslyoptimizedthrough furtherimprovingtheleveloffactorguarant，optimizing governmentservices，enhancing theeficiencyofmarketsupervision，strengtheninglegalguarantees，andpromotingthedevelopment of the private economyand innovation entities，to assist in the high-qualityeconomic development of Xinjiang.
