Threefold Scrutiny of the Technological Dimension in Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind

Abstract:Theexaminationofthehistoricallogic,currentdimensionandgovernancepredicamentofthedevelopmenofscienceand technology is animportant prerequisiteforbuildingacommunitywithasharedfuturefor mankind.Fromtheperspectiveofhistoricallogic,thecollusionofcapitalandtechnologyhasdriventhedevelopmentofcapitalism.Thedevelopmentofscienceand technologyandtheevolutionof theworld paternafterWorld WarIIhaveprovidedanimportant historicalpremisefor theideaofacommunitywithasharedfutureformankind.Thefurtherdevelopmentofglobalization inthe21stcenturyand the riseofanewroudoftchnologicalrevolutionhavedeterminedtheinevitabilityofbuildingacommunitywithasharedfuturefor mankind.Fromtheperspetiveofthecurrntdimension,althoughscienceandtechnologyhaveprovidedopportunitiesforbuildingacommunitywithasharedfutureformankindatboththenationalandsociallevels,thelong-termdominanceofcapitallogic inthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnologhasmadetheconstructionpathfullofdifiulties.Fromtheperspectiveofthesolution,itisproposedtattheconceptofacommunitywithasharedfutureformankindshouldbetakenasthegudanceforthedevelopmentofscienceand technology,andtheindepthparticipationinglobalscienceandtechnologygovernanceshouldbetakenasthe practicalpath.Theexamination fromtheperspectiveofscienceandtechnologyisawaytounderstandtheconceptofa community withashared future formankindandalsoawayto promote theconstructionofacommunity withasharedfuture for mankind.
