Abstract：RedcultureinChina'sXinjiangencompassestherevolutionaryredcultureoffearlessnessinthefaceofdificultiesandtnacious strugleunderthe leadershipof theCommunistPartyofChina，theredcultureofethnicunitycharacterized by sharing wealand woeand mutualasistance，theredcultureofthe Xinjiang Productionand ConstructionCorpsthat transforms swords intoploughsharesandtilsthelandtodefendtheborder，andtheredcultureofhard workandhome-buildingthatstrives forward.ItisnecessarytoanalyethepossibilityandsignificanceofCina'sXinjiang'sedcultureinpromotingtheculturalenrichmentofChina'sXinjiangfromthehistorical，emotionalandpracticaldimensions.Onthebasisofprotectingredculturein Xinjiang，China，ithouldbecombinedwithurbangovernane，toursmdevelopment，culturalindustrisanduralrevitaliationto promotetheinovativedevelopmentoftheculturalenrichmentof Xinjiang，China.Throughpublicityguidance，ducationleader shipandtechnologicalsupport，theinheritanceanddevelopmentofredcultureshouldbeensured，ndtheredbloodlinehould be passed down in Xinjiang， China.
