Abstract：TheCommunist Manifesto，asalandmarkwork inthebirthofscientificsocialism，hasrealizedtheleapfromidealismtoscience，andistheprogrammeofactionguidingtheproletarianrevolution.TheCommunistManifestoelaboratesindepth thesocialistviewsofMarxandEngels：theleadershipoftheCommunistPartyis thefundamentalguaranteefortheestablishment ofsocialism;theimplementationofthetwomostradicalbreaksisthebasicprerequisitefortheestablishmentofsocialism;and theproletarianrevolutiois thepracticalstrategyfortherealizationofsocialism.Theseideaselucidatetheconditionsandrealistic path forthemancipationoftheproletariatandmankind，rgueforthehstoricalinevitabilityofealiingcommunismdare of great guiding significanceforthecontemporaryworldsocialistmovementandthedevelopmentofsocialismwith Chinesecharacteristics.
