【Abstract】 Chronic urticaria is difficult to treat and prone to recurrence in clinical practice. This article introduces one case of Duopi Yin combined with bloodletting and cupping therapy for chronic urticaria of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type， hoping to provide reference for clinical treatment.
