【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of different administration timing of dinoprostone suppository on labor stages and delivery outcomes in full-term puerperae with premature rupture of membranes. Methods A total of 103 full-term patients with premature rupture of membranes in Obstetrics Department of Puyang People's Hospital were enrolled between January 2021 and June 2024.According to comparability principle of inter-group basic data （age，BMI，gestational age，cervical score before medication），they were divided into observation group （58 cases，taking dinoprostone suppository at 6h after rupture of membranes） and control group （45 cases， taking dinoprostone suppository if Bishop score <6 points at 24h after rupture of membranes）.The cervical Bishop scores before medication and at 6h after medication， interval from medication to labor，the first stage of labor，total stage of labor，vaginal delivery rate，delivery outcomes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before medication，there was no significant difference in Bishop score between the two groups （P>0.05） .At 6h after medication，Bishop scores were significantly increased in both groups，which were significantly higher in observation group than control group （P<0.05） .After medication，interval from medication to labor，the first stage of labor and total stage of labor in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group （P<0.05） .After medication，incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （P<0.05） .After medication，there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P>0.05） .The vaginal delivery rate in observation group was higher than that in control group，but there was no significant difference between the two groups （P>0.05） . Conclusion Early administration of dinoprostone suppository can improve cervical ripening effect and shorten labor stages in full-term patients with premature rupture of membranes，which has good safety.Clinically，it can be considered as the first choice for induced labor.

足月胎膜早破是妊娠 37 周（w）后因胎儿头盆不称、子宫过度活动等因素致胎膜在临产前破裂情况，可引发胎儿窘迫和绒毛膜羊膜炎等产科并发症，需及时人工方法催引产诱发宫缩以达到终止妊娠、发动分娩的目的 [1]。（剩余5241字）
