摘要：俄乌战争的起因和战况众说纷纭，了解国外相关媒体的真实报道，对这场战争的是非赫然释疑。全面把握媒体传播的史实和关键性信息，是正确认识国际冲突的起点，因为媒体永远是事变演进的一面镜子。习近平主席对新型国际关系和现代战争的深刻论述，作为媒体认识国际冲突的重要理论，是我国媒体反映俄乌战争真相的指南。

The Russian-Ukraine War in the Media and the Voice of Goodwill of Chinese Media

Abstract： There are various opinions concerning the cause and situation of the Russia-Ukraine war. Learn about the factual reports of relevant foreign media and the doubts about the right and wrong will be immediately disappear. A comprehensive grasp of the historical facts and key information disseminated by the media is the starting point for a correct understanding of international conflicts， because the media is always a mirror of the evolution of events. The profound exposition of President Xi jinping on new international relations and modern warfare， as a significant theory for the media to understand international conflicts， is a guide for Chinese media to reflect the truth of Russia-Ukraine war.
