职业核心素养视角下医学心理学专业学生“三早教育”模式探析

ABSTRACT:ObjectiveTo explore the application efectiveness the“three-early education”model in pressional quality education for medical psychology students.MethodsTwo groups were studied:medical psychology undergraduates grade 2O17 under conventional teaching medical psychology undergraduates grade 2ol9 under the“thre-early education”model.Surveys were distributed at the end the third academic year to evaluate their participation in research,clinical activities, social practices,along with their satisfaction regarding the educational arrangement.ResultsStudents from the grade 2Ol9 cohort who received“three-early education”exhibited significantly higher rates participation in research projects,clinical studies, community engagement than students from the grade 2O17 cohort who received traditional education ( P<0.05) . In comparison tothegrade 2O17cohort,the grade 2Ol9cohort showed significantlyincreasedsatisfaction levels incurriculum design,scheduling,evaluation methods, pressional priciency ( P<0.05) .ConclusionThe“three-early education” model enhancesthepractical engagement teaching satisfaction medical psychology undergraduates,thereby improving their pressional competence in the field medical psychology.
