“1+X证书”背景下快递实务课程设计与教学改革研究

摘  要：随着电子商务的发展，快递企业采用了更多新运营和新模式，并很快被应用到实践中。文章从1+X证书角度分析快递行业人才需求及教学现状，探讨1+X证书制度下高职院校快递实务课程教学体系设计及改革方向。

Abstract： With the development of e-commerce， express enterprises have adopted more new operations and new models， which are soon applied to practice. From the perspective of 1+X certificate， this paper analyzes the talent demand and teaching status of express industry， and discusses the teaching system design and reform direction of express practice course in higher vocational colleges under 1+X certificate system.
