长江经济带“两业”深度融合背景下高职物流人才培养

[摘要]物流业和制造业（“两业”）深度融合既是国家政策导向也是产业转型升级需要。长江经济带连接了东、中、西部九省两市，物流业制造业具有较大依存性、差异性。首先梳理了物流业制造业发展脉络，基于长江经济带“两业”深度融合发展现状，从四个方面为高职物流人才培养提出了相关建议。

Logistics Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges for Deep Integration of Logistics Industry and Manufacturing Industry in Yangtze River Economic Belt

Abstract： The paper points out that the deep integration of the logistics industry and manufacturing industry is not only a national policy guidance but also the need of industrial transformation and upgrading. First， it goes over the nine provinces and two cities in eastern， central and western China connected by the Yangtze River Economic Belt and looks at the mutual dependence and great difference between the logistics industry and manufacturing industry. Next， it analyzes the development history of the two industries and， based on the deep integration of the two in the Yangtze River Economic Belt， puts forward some relevant suggestions for the training of vocational logistics talents needed from four aspects.
