零售连锁企业物流配送路径优化方法

[摘要]以某零售连锁公司武汉区域的配送网络为研究对象，通过二次指数平滑法预测该公司未来十年日需求量的数据基础上，基于VRP模型并运用LINGO软件进行求解，提出配送路径优化方案。最后将优化前后的配送路径进行对比分析，证明优化后的配送路径能够提高该公司的配送效益。

Method of Logistics Distribution Route Optimization for Chain Retail Enterprises

Abstract： Taking the distribution network of a certain chain retail company in the Wuhan area as the research object， we predicted the figures of the company's daily demand for the next decade using the quadratic exponential smoothing method， then built the VRP model and solved it using the LINGO software， and proposed the optimal distribution route. Finally， we compared the distribution routes before and after the optimization to prove that the optimized distribution route can improve the distribution efficiency of the company.
