[摘要]阐述了高校物流管理专业学生创新创业能力培养的必要性，分析了高校物流管理专业实践实训教学体系存在的若干问题，最后提出以创新创业能力培养为目标的物流管理专业实践实训教学改革实施的几个措施。

Abstract： This paper expounds the necessity of cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship competence of logistics management majors in colleges and universities， analyzes the problems existing in the practical training and teaching system of the logistics management specialty in colleges and universities， and finally puts forward several measures to help implement the practical training and teaching reform of the logistics management specialty with the goal of cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship competence of the students.
