酸性氧化电位水饲喂蛋鸡效果研究

Abstract:Tostudytheefectsofaddingdiferentdosesofacidicelectrolyzedoxidizing watertothedrinking wateroflyinghenson intestinaltract,microorgaismsings,ggualityandatibodylevels,225healthyiseasefreeRomanpinklaingat days of age with uniform body weight (average weight ±10% ) were selected as experimental animals. They were randomly divided into 5groups,with3replicatesineachgroupand15chickens ineachreplicate.Thecontrolgroupwasnotaddedwithacidicelectrolyzed oxidizingwater,hiletheexperimentalgroups1,2,3,and4wereaddedwithacidicelectrolyzedoidizingwateratdilutioratiosof 1:8, , 1:4 ,and ,respectively.The results showed that in the experimental group with an acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water dilution ratio of 1÷4 ,the eggshell thicknessand eggshell strength increased by 0.0245 mm (P>0.05) and10.14 N ( P <0.05) respectively compared with the control group.When the dilution ratio was ,the water consumption was the lowest; when the dilution ratio was 1:6, the feed consumption was the lowest.When the dilution ratio was 1÷4 ,the number of eggs produced was the highest,but all these diferences were not significant (P>O.O5).Compared with the control group,when the dilution ratio was ,the total number of intestinal colonieswassignificantlyreduced( P <0.05).Therewerenosignificant differencesin the antibody titerlevelsof Newcastle diseaseandavian influenza,and inthe microbialdetectionofeggs between thecontrolgroupandeach experimental group( P> 0.05).In summary,when laying hens drink acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water with a dilution ratio of 1:4 ,it can significantly reduce the total number of intestialcolones,inreaseggshellthicknessndstrength,orrspondinglyincreasegg weightndreduceeakage rate,thereby improving breeding efficiency.
