Abstract：AstheabsolutemainbodyofagriculturalproductionandoperationiChina，smalfrmersdeterminetequalityofagriculturalandruralmodezation.Tisapertooksallfrersparticipationineiegateddvelopmentof teoleidustychinof riceinCaozhenasanexample，eliedonthetheoryofthefamersbehaviorandperceivedvalue，andconstructsabinarylogistide gressionmodel，hichfoundthattesefactorshadasignificantpositiveectonsallfmerspticipationinintegrateddelopmentsuchassallfers'genderucationlvel，coelevel，ogitionofteostoficulturalproductiondh degreeofunderstandigofrelevantpolicies，cognitioofgrasrotsgovementpropaganda，govementsubsidiestoteholedustrychin，cslalialdalocktfoaidst vicesandsoon.Itisfurtherproposedthatsmallfarmersparticipationinindustrialintegrationdevelopmentshouldbefurtrproot edbycontiuouslyprovingirgnitiveleveloatingenfitlnageodemprovigsallsesilees， perfecting the policy protection system，and improving the level of socialized services， etc.
