Abstract:Toefectivelyenhancestrawberryproductioneficiency,thepowderymildew-susceptiblestrawberrycultivarBenioppe (Fragaria × ananassa'Benihoppe)wasselected asthe testsubject inthis study.Using diferentconcentrations of Bacillus velezensis PT1655fordripiigatiotosudyitsfectonthegowth-promotingofraberes,andforfoliarspraytosudyitsetonthe preventionandcontroloftrawberypowderymildew.Theresultsdemonstratedthatdripiigationwiththemicrobialagentsignificantly promotedstrawberygrowth.Treatments5OXand10OXexibitedoptimalconcentrations,withbothsignificantlyoutperformingthe controlinincreasingleafumber,ptiolelngthpetioledameter,leafea,inglefruitweight,ndtotalsolublesolds(oet. Average weights of fruits from 5OX and 10oX treatmentsreached 23.23 g and 21.83 g,respectively,with TSS contents of 16.9% and (204号 17.2% . Foliar spraying significantly suppressed powdery mildew,achieving a maximum disease control efficacy of 73.85 % . In conclusion, themicrobialagentdemonstratesfavorabledualaplicationeffectsinbothpromotingstrawberrygrowthandcontrolingstrawberry powdery mildew.
