Analysis of Differences in Internal Quality of Upper Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves in Different Tobaccoplanting Areas

Abstract:Toclarifythediferencesinintrinsicqualityofuppertobaccoleavesfromdiferentproducingareas,thisstudyusedthe upperflue-curedtobaccoproducedinO24fromFujian,Henan,Guizhou,andHubeiproducingareasasmaterials.Thecotentsof conventionalhicalomponents,olyhols,onolatileoraniccids,igherfatycids,olatileomaomponntstere determined,andsensoryqualityevaluationswereconducted.TheresultsshowedthatHenantobaccoleaveshdthighestcotentsof reducingsugarandtotalsugarFujiatobaccleaveshadtheighestcontetsofpotassumandstarch,Hubeitobaccolavshdthe highestnicotinecontent,ndGuizhoutobaccoleaveshadtheighesttotalitrogencontent.Fujiantobacolavesgenerallyhdhigher contentsofvolatilearomacomponentsandetherextracts,GuizhouandHubeitobacoleaveshadhighercontentsofpolyphenols, Henantobacoleaves generallyhadhighercontentsofnon-volatileorganicacidsandhigherfatyacids.Intermsofsensoryquality evaluatio,Henanbaccavspefoedeterindicatorssuchsfvoriationndfteaste,Fujanbacoleaves scoredthehighestinaromaqualityandsmokeconcentration,GuizhouandHubeitobaccoleaveshadadvantagesinaromaquantityIn conclusion,thereweresignificantdiferencesinteintrinsicqualityofuppertobaccoleavesfromdiferenttobaccgrowingareasnd the resultscouldprovideatheoreticalbasisforimproving thequalityofupper tobacco leavesandoptimizing cigareteformulas.
