Analysis of Differences in Internal Quality of Upper Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves in Different Tobaccoplanting Areas

Abstract：Toclarifythediferencesinintrinsicqualityofuppertobaccoleavesfromdiferentproducingareas，thisstudyusedthe upperflue-curedtobaccoproducedinO24fromFujian，Henan，Guizhou，andHubeiproducingareasasmaterials.Thecotentsof conventionalhicalomponents，olyhols，onolatileoraniccids，igherfatycids，olatileomaomponntstere determined，andsensoryqualityevaluationswereconducted.TheresultsshowedthatHenantobaccoleaveshdthighestcotentsof reducingsugarandtotalsugarFujiatobaccleaveshadtheighestcontetsofpotassumandstarch，Hubeitobaccolavshdthe highestnicotinecontent，ndGuizhoutobaccoleaveshadtheighesttotalitrogencontent.Fujiantobacolavesgenerallyhdhigher contentsofvolatilearomacomponentsandetherextracts，GuizhouandHubeitobacoleaveshadhighercontentsofpolyphenols， Henantobacoleaves generallyhadhighercontentsofnon-volatileorganicacidsandhigherfatyacids.Intermsofsensoryquality evaluatio，Henanbaccavspefoedeterindicatorssuchsfvoriationndfteaste，Fujanbacoleaves scoredthehighestinaromaqualityandsmokeconcentration，GuizhouandHubeitobaccoleaveshadadvantagesinaromaquantityIn conclusion，thereweresignificantdiferencesinteintrinsicqualityofuppertobaccoleavesfromdiferenttobaccgrowingareasnd the resultscouldprovideatheoreticalbasisforimproving thequalityofupper tobacco leavesandoptimizing cigareteformulas.
