Abstract：Inordertoexplorethempactofagriculturalmodernizationonommonprosperityasedontepaneldataof6prefectures andcitiesinYunnanProvincefrom212to2024，thefixed-efectsmodelandthethreshold-effectsmodelwereusedforesearch. Theresultsshowedthatpromotingagiculturaloderzationcouldsgnificantlyontributetotheealizationofcommonprosperityand thiseffctwasmoreobvious inregions withahigherlevelofcommonprosperity.Thenon-agriculturalemploymentofruralsurplus laborplayedapositivemediatingrolebetwenagriculturalmodemizationandcommonprosperity.Therewasanon-linearimpactof agriculturalmoderzationonomonprosperityndtisimpactwouldgaduallystrenghenaftersucesivelyrossingtedouble thresholdsofresidentsincomelevels.Basedonthis，theauthorputforardsugestionssuchasconstructinganinteligentagricultural systemwithplateaucharacteristis，promotigteupgadingofhumancaitalandtheexpansionofemploymentspace，andipleting valueco-creationand sharingin the entireindustrialchain.
