Study on the countermeasures to improve the linearity smoothness of steel box girder of small radius curved bridge

Abstract： With the rapid development of traffic infrastructure， the steel box girder of small radius curved bridge is more and more widely used. In the process of fabrication and construction of curved steel box girder， the welding quantity is large and the quality requirements are high， the linear accuracy is difficult to control， and the linear control technology is highly required. Combined with the SG01 contract section project of Huadu-Dongguan Expressway， the countermeasures to improve the linear smoothness of steel box girder of small radius curved bridge was explored， and has been sucessfully applied in this project， with a view to providing reference for the construction and management of similar or similar projects.
