铜表面BTA联合TTA自组装膜在柠檬酸中耐蚀性能研究

Abstract: Aiming to solve the problem of poor performance of benzotriazole (BTA) self-assembled films on the pure copper surface in high-temperature citric acid solutions,the corrosion inhibition rate of the compounding system containing BTA, tolyltriazole (TTA), and ethanolamine (EA) in a 4% citric acid solution under a water bath at 60∘C was evaluated using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. According to the orthogonal test results, the optimal mass fractions of BTA, TTA,and EA in the ternary system were determined to be 0.150 0% , 0.075 0% ,and 0.0050% , respectively, achieving a corrosion inhibition rate of 98.2% . The corrosion resistance, microstructure and surface composition,and hydrophobic properties of the self-assembled films were characterized usingelectrochemical workstation, scanning electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer, and interfacial tensiometer. The results indicate that, compared with the single component system of BTA with a mass fraction of 0.1500% , the ternary compound group demonstrated a better synergistic effect, which altered the structure of the selfassembled film and improved its corrosion resistance.
