Research on Heat Dissipation Problemand System Design of Pure Electric Heavy-duty Truck

Abstract:Whenteelectricdrivesystemrunsforalongtimeathighspeed,itsinteralmotorcontrolerandothercompoentswil generatealotofheatduetocontinuouswork,ifthetrucklacksagoodcolingsystem,toomuchheatwillhaveanegativeimpacton thevehicle’spowerperformance,drivingrangeandsafety.Heavy-dutytruckoftenneedtocopewithheavyloadsandcomplexroad conditions,soeilectricdrivesystemswillavegherpoweandtqueoutputandwilloproducegreateriteallsssuring operation,resutinginmoreheat.Inrdertoavoideatdisipationproblemsafectingthestableoperationofpureeectrichavy dutytruck,thecompositionoftheheatdisipationsystemofpureelectricheavdutytruckandthechalengesitfaceswilledeeply analyzed,andsstemdesignshemessuchasamicatoadisribtionbasedontheraletworkmodelfuloicadaptive heatdssipationcontrolandwidetemperaturerangestablematerialparametersystemdesignwillbeproposed.Thisprovidestheoetical basisandtechnicalsupportforsolvingtheheatdisipationproblemofpureelectricheavyutytruck,andensuresitsdrivingsafety.
