Abstract：Toaddressthewaterseparationissuintheairintakesystemoflightruckthispaperdevelopsanoelcompsitesparation structure based ongas-liquid two-phaseflow principlesand water separationmechanisms.The structure adoptsa two-stage separatinmethodcombiningcentrfugalandfiterelementsachievingaseparationeficiencyabove95%whilemaintainingapsure drop within 2.0kPa Throughoptimized design of intake channels，separation chambers，drainage devices，andfilterstructures，the water separator maintains stable performance under complex operating conditions within a temperature range of -40∘C to 120∘C ，meeting the requirements oflight truck.The research results have significant engineeringapplication value.
