Abstract:Withtecontinuousaplicationofnewenergytechnologiessuchaspureelectricandfuelcellnthefieldofheavycommercial vehicles,theperformanceandcontrolstrategiesoftheorepowersystemneedtobefullyverifiedintheproductdevelopmentstage tomprovetheadaptabitoftheproductothetargetmarketcondions.Curently,thetestbenchesofthenewenergydrivesystem forheavycommercialvehiclesaremostlyusedfortheperformancetestofasingledrivemotorandthesimulationloadingofthe driving motor+AMintherealvehiclecondioncannotbecariedout,whichlimitstheapplcationscoeofthedrivingmotorbenches; ThetraditionalHILtestsystembasedonthenewenergy“threeelectrity”systemmodelforsignallevelfunctionalogictestpower levelperformancetestandcotrolstrategyverificationcannotbecarredout.Throughthepracticeoftheauthotispaperexplores amotor+AMTsemi-physicaltestbench,andrealizes thenewenergyheavycommercialvehicledrivingtotalsuccessrateof working condition simulation testand control strategy verification.
