Optimization Design of Powertrain Suspension Bracket Structure for New Energy Light Commercial Vehicles Based on ANSYS
Abstract:Inordertofurtherimprovethestabitandsafetyof thepowertrainofnewenergylightcommercial vehiclesandmetthe structuralstrengthrequiementsoftepowertrainsuspensionracketuderextremewokingcoditios,tispapertakesthepotrain suspensionbracketofacertainnewenergylightcommercalvehicleastheresearchobject,usesthefiniteelementanalysissoftware ANSYS toconduct structuralstrengthandmodalanalysisof thebracket,andcombinesthestrengthdesignrequirementsof the powertrainsuspensionbracketforteoverallvehicleworkingconditionstselectareasonablepowertrainsuspensionbracketstructural scheme.Thisresearchcontenthascertainguidingsignificancefortheoptimizationdesignofthepowertrainstructureofnewenegylight commercialvehicles.
