Development and Design of Vacuum High Pressure Casting for Magnesium Ally Automobile Wheels
Abstract：Inthemodernautomobileidustrywiththeincreasingrequirementsforligtweightandfueleconomymagnesiuloy asalightweightmaterialwithexcelentperformance，hasbeenpaidmoreandmoreatentionbytheindustryMagnesiumalloyhas thecharacteriticsoflowdensityhighstrengthandgoodprocessingperformance，soitsshowngreatdevelopmentpottial in thefieldofautomobilemanufacturing，especiallitheaplicationofautomobilewheels.Inthispaper，thvacuumhgpssure castingtechnolgofmagnesiumaloyautomobilehelisdiscusseddeeply.Byanalyzingtecharacteristicsofmagnesiumloyte processprincipleandfowofvacumigpressurecasting，temagnesumaloyheelisesignedtomeetthespecificperfoance requirements.
