食品检测中生物技术的应用探究
摘 要:食品安全属于国家政府关注并重视的问题,为确保人们可以食用安全无污染的食品,必须要开展好食品检测工作。借助于生物检测技术可以降低检测成本,提升检测效率。因此本文结合笔者实际工作研究,探讨了生物技术在食品检测中的应用。

Abstract: Food safety is an issue that the national government pays attention to. In order to ensure that people can eat safe and pollution-free food, food testing must be carried out well. With the help of biological detection technology, the detection cost can be reduced and the detection efficiency can be improved. Therefore, this paper discusses the application of biotechnology in food detection based on the author’s practical work.
