乙烯利调控橡胶树胶乳产量和品质的阀值分析

Abstract:The efects of ethephon(ETH),ethephon inhibitor1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)and cysteine(CYS)on the yieldand mainquality indexes of rubber tree latex were analyzed,and the dosage threshold was calculated.Anoptimized orthogonal experimental design was used to analyze 14 treatments with threefactors (ETH,1-MCP,CYS)and fourlevels (four concentrations of each reagent)for applying rubber treecut surfaces.Keyindicators such as rubber latex yield,dryrubbercontent,molecular weight,initial plasticityvalue,plasticityretention indexand Mooneyviscositywere measured,andthecorrelationbetween the indicators wasanalyzed.Theresultsshowed thatthere were significant diffrences inyieldand dryrubbercontentof14 treatedrubber trees.Correlationanalysis showed thatthe numberaverage molecular weight was positivelycorrelated with the weight-average molecular weightand Mooney viscosity,and thecorrelationcoefficientwasO.71andO.83,respectively,andthecorrelationcoeicientwas negativewiththepolydispersity indexes,and the correlation coefficient was - 0 . 9 1 . Initial plasticity value was positively correlated with Mooney viscosity,andthecorelationcoeficientwasO.73.ThepoldispersityindexesasnegativelyorrelatedwithMooeyvis cosity with the correlation coefficient - 0 . 8 9 .The regression equations based on dry rubber content index were established respectively. The maximum concentration of ethephon,1-MCP and CYS were 0 . 1 5 % ,1. 0 8 % and 0 . 4 1 g / L ,respectively.Theoptimizedorthogonaltestmethodcaneffctivelycalculate thethresholdof theregulatorand provide theoretical and practical guidance for the subsequent experiments.
