AbstractThis study investigates the effects offactors suchas board density,hot pressing temperature, andhot pressing time on the properties of luminescent particleboards made with rareearth strontium aluminate.Using a hot pressing process,rare earth strontium aluminate long-afterglow luminescent material was added to wood particles in varying proportions to produce oriented particleboards.The study analyzes changes in the mechanical properties of the boardsunder different density designs and hot pressing parameters. Results indicate that within the experimental design range,density and hot pressng temperature arepositively correlated with themechanical strength of the boards,while hot pressing timehasaparabolic relationship with mechanical strength.Optimal mechanical properties of the luminescent particleboards are achieved at a density of 0.65g/cm3 ,a hot pressing temperature of 150° ,and a hot pressing time of 10 minutes.

随着刨花板的广泛应用,刨花板的功能性、增值性及商品多样性日益受到人们的青睐,多功能性的刨花板材,如:水泥刨花板、轻质型刨花板、具有防火阻燃性能的刨花板及中草药释香型刨花板等多功能刨花板出现在市面上[1-4],在此基础之上,课题组首次采用稀土铝酸锶发光材料与刨花热压成型技术制备稀土铝酸锶发光刨花板,本部分研究在制备稀土铝酸锶发光刨花板前期进行,采用单因素试验方法,分析探讨不同密度、热压温度、热压时间等因素对稀土铝酸锶发光刨花板力学性能的影响,以期为后期制备稀土铝酸锶发光刨花板提供最佳工艺参数及提供数据支撑。(剩余4378字)
