Study on Germination Activity of Heimia myrtifolia Seeds under Different Conditions

AbstractTaking the seeds of Heimia myrtifolia as the research object，to explore the strength of seed germination activity under different conditions.The results showed that within a certain range，photoperiod and temperature were positively correlated with the germination activity of H. ，myrtifolia seeds，and salt stress was negatively correlated with the germination activity of H ，myrtifolia seeds，while pH had a weak effect on its activity.In addition，under the germination conditions of photoperiod 12h/d ，germination temperature 25°C ，and less salt stress，the germination activity of H .myrtifolia seedswas the strongest，and the germination rate and germination rate of seeds reached the highest.
