Study on Germination Activity of Heimia myrtifolia Seeds under Different Conditions

AbstractTaking the seeds of Heimia myrtifolia as the research object,to explore the strength of seed germination activity under different conditions.The results showed that within a certain range,photoperiod and temperature were positively correlated with the germination activity of H. ,myrtifolia seeds,and salt stress was negatively correlated with the germination activity of H ,myrtifolia seeds,while pH had a weak effect on its activity.In addition,under the germination conditions of photoperiod 12h/d ,germination temperature 25°C ,and less salt stress,the germination activity of H .myrtifolia seedswas the strongest,and the germination rate and germination rate of seeds reached the highest.

黄薇(Heimiamyrtifolia)为千屈菜科(Lythraceae)黄薇属(Heimia),原产自美国德克萨斯至阿根廷的美洲地区、非洲南部部分地区及大洋洲部分地区,欧洲及中国部分地区有引种,主要分布于南回归线附近南美洲的热带亚热带地区。(剩余6418字)
