Study on Microsomal Rooting in Gas Method of Plantlet Cultured of Acanthopanax senticosus

AbstractThe sugarcane of excellent single plants of Acanthopanax senticosus were used as materials to induce rooting of sugarcane by a combination of the method rooting in gas and hormone treatment. Experimental results：Seedlings induced by 1/2MS+NAA 0.5mg/L+IBA 1.0mg/L+ boricacid 20mg/L medium had thick root system，large root volume and high rooting rate.
