Study on Soil Physicochemical Properties and Fungal Diversity of Typical Grassland in Heilongjiang Province

Abstract The soil physical properties（Deyeuxia angustifolia、Puccinellia tenuiflora and tessellated meadow），chemical properties （pH，total nitrogen，total phosphorus，total potassium and total carbon）and soil fungal diversityofthe typical grassand types in Songnen Plain ofHeilongjiang Province were studied. The results showed that the dominant species were Ascomycota，Basidiomycota and Glomeromycota.The species detected number，Chaol indexand Shannon index of soil fungi in tessellated meadow were the highest.There were significant differences in soil pH ，total nitrogen and total potassium among different types of grassland 0.The correlation between pH value，soil total nitrogen and soil fungi was high. Kickxellomycota showed the highest correlation with soil physical and chemical properties.
