不同强度火干扰对森林土壤微生物生物量碳的影响及火后恢复研究

AbstractRevealing the effects of different intensity fire disturbance on forest soil microbial biomass carbon,choosing a Larix gmelinii forest offire disturbance as the research object,through method of field sampling and lab fumigation. We analyzed seasonal dynamics of soil microbial biomass carbon, influence factors,recovering woodland after fire,and so on.The results showed that the microbial biomass carbon was positively correlated with total organic carbon and total nitrogen,and negatively correlated with soil temperature and ammonium nitrogen, but not significantly correlated with soil nutrients P and K.The biomass carbon of microorganisms in diferent soil layers had obvious seasonal dynamic changes,it was low in summer and high in winter. The biomasscarbon content of soil microorganisms showed an increasing trend with elapse of post-fire time,and its content was highest in low-intensity area,and it was higher in unburned area,and it was lowest moderate-intensity area and high-intensity area.After diferent intensity of fire interference,the effective rate and carbon pool activity of microorganisms in soil were reduced with varying degrees. With the recovery of vegetation after fire,the efective rate and carbon pool activity of microorganisms in soil were gradually increased, but the difference was not significant.

土壤微生物生物量碳是土壤中较活跃有机碳碳组分之一,是指土壤中所有微生物体内有机碳的总和,这部分有机碳约占总有机碳的比例范围为1%~5% ,最高比例范围不超过 10%[1] ,虽然其在总有机碳中占比很小,但是,土壤微生物生物量碳数量的变化能反映出外界干扰对植被、土壤生态环境的影响,也可以反映出土壤中能量循环、养分的转移状况。(剩余7771字)
