AbstractIn order to obtain the optimal nitrogen, phosphorus potassium fertilization ratio of Astragalus membranaceus during the growth period. In this paper, the secondary metabolites root indexes of Astragalus membranaceus in 9 treatment combinations with different nitrogen, phosphorus potassium ratios were analyzed by orthogonal test, SPSS analysis of variance membership function method.The secondary metabolites root indexes of diffrent treatment combinations were comprehensively evaluated. The optimal combination was No.7 treatment, namely potassium sulfate 15 g/m2. ,superphosphate 30g/m2 ,ammonium sulfate 25g/m2 ,Astragalus polysaccharide 34.8mg/g ,total saponins 9.05mg/g ,flavonoids 4.65mg/g ,root biomass 36.8g, root diameter 1.03cm .Potassium sulfate had significant effects on Astragalus polysaccharide, total saponins flavonoids,superphosphate had significant eects on Astragalus polysaccharide,biomass diameter of Astragalus root, ammonium sulfate had significant effects on total saponins, biomass diameter of Astragalus root.
