AbstractIn order to investigate the effects of planting Taxus cuspidata on the microecology offorest soil at different slope positions/orientations,this study used in situ survey method to investigate the changes in rhizosphere soil enzymes,microbial quantity,and soil nutrients after planting Taxus cuspidata seedlings in forests at different slope positions/orientations.The results indicate that soil nutrient content is significantly affected by slope position; Overall,the number of soil microorganisms is most ideal at the mid slope position; The activity of soil enzymes is less affected by slope position, especially soil alkaline phosphatase. The soil nutrient content is relatively less affected by slope orientation,while the number of soil microorganisms is more significantly affected by slope orientation; Especially located in Dongpo,the overall number of soil microorganisms is the most ideal; The soil enzyme activity is less affected by slope orientation, especially soil urease.This study can provide data reference for improving forest soil quality and fertility after planting the Taxus cuspidata plant.
